I have discovered baking. I’m not that great (maybe one day I’ll live up to my last name) but despite the three (THREE!!) papers I have due on Wednesday…and despite the fact that next week is finals week…I feel wonderful after baking homemade pistachio cookies & an apple pie (all after getting out of class at 9 p.m., if I can take a moment to brag).
